SNUGGSOX endeavour to give the best customer service we’re able to!
In the unlikely event of a complaint, we will endeavour to respond within 24hrs (except weekends & holidays).
Our colours are as close as we can get them on screen, however, there may be a slight variation in reality!
RETURNS POLICY
Please contact us with any complaint within 24hrs of receiving your SNUGGSOX.
We accept NO RETURNS unless items are faulty & UNWORN, in original packaging.
In the unlikely event of a fault we will refund your returns postage and replace the item with the same colour.
NB: All our goods are checked before posting.
PRIVACY
We do not share any information with outside parties other than to complete your order.
If you order a gift online and want it sent directly to the recipient, you will need to provide their name & address. However, we will not contact that person.
We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
